Over the past 20+ years, the City of Chaska has conducted community surveys every few years in order to not only gauge residents’ satisfaction with all facets of city services, but also to obtain a better pulse on expectations for the future. Most recently, the City contracted with Decision Resources to conduct a 122-question survey. The survey was done via phone and 400 households were called. Additionally, it was conducted from late October to early November of 2012. Click here to see the full analysis of the survey's findings.
