The Ryder Cup is played every two years between two teams, United States and Europe. Each team is made of 12 people.The Ryder Cup is awarded to the team to earns the most points in five match-play sessions played over three days.

Celebrate the Ryder Cup in downtown Chaska!

To celebrate the Ryder Cup in Chaska, the City of Chaska, SoutWest Metro Chamber of Commerce and The Downtown Chaska Special Services District are hosting The 19th Hole at Firemen’s Park in downtown Chaska. The 19th Hole will feature family fun activities, local food, wine and craft beer, live music and fireworks. You can also check out Ryder Cup highlights on the big screen in the park!

Extra parking for The 19th Hole will be available at Cuzzy’s Brick House (2880 Chaska Blvd, Chaska, MN 55318), Chaska City Square Park (300 N Chestnut St, Chaska, MN 55318), and Chaska Athletic Field (725 W 1st St, Chaska, MN 55318). SW Transit will have a shuttle service at these locations Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1 from noon to 10PM.

Enjoy golf-themed activities and business specials at 18 Downtown Chaska hotspots

Present your scorecard at participating “Holes” for special deals and hole-specific stamp. “Scorecards” are available at participating holes, the event guide, Hazeltine Welcome Center, or download and print one at home. Turn in completed scorecards by 6pm, Sunday, October 2 at any participating “Hole” location to win cash prizes (need not be present to win).    

Cash prize drawings if you visit 9 “holes” and grand prize drawing of $750 cash if you play all “18 Holes”!   “Play” one day or visit several days of Ryder Cup week to complete your card….it is up to you!
