On Thursday June 2, 2016, at 12 AM, a white male suspect entered the Super America gas station, located at Hwy 41 and Hundertmark Rd, and took a donation jar used to collect funds for Minnesota military families. 

Prior to entering the gas station the male asked another customer for money and stated he needed gas so he could drive back to Richfield.  The male was driving a late 1990 or early 2000 Buick, four door vehicle, gold in color. One of the rear tires on the vehicle was a spare.

DWI:
Officer Bahl observed a vehicle parked in a school parking lot past normal business hours.  The driver was stopped as he attempted to drive away. The male driver was intoxicated and failed field sobriety evaluations.  He was arrested and charged with 3rd degree DWI.

Disturbances:
A male assaulted a female during an altercation at their residence.  Police responded to the home and placed the male under arrest.   He was charged with domestic assault and interfering with a 911 call.

On Monday June 6, 2016, at 3 AM, officers observed a vehicle traveling at 93 mph in the area of Hwy 41 and Hundertmark Road.  The male driver continued to travel at a high rate of speed when police attempted to stop him.  The vehicle then crashed into a rock retaining wall and the male attempted to flee on foot.  He was quickly taken into custody by police.  He was in possession of PCP, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  The male offender was charged with fleeing from police in a motor vehicle, possession of a 5th degree controlled substance, fleeing from police on foot, driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

During an argument over custody of their child, a female assaulted her husband.  Police responded to their location and arrested the female for domestic assault.

A female was upset with a male driver in a parking lot.  She approached the driver when he was outside of his vehicle and grabbed his shirt.  Police were called to the scene and charged the female with disorderly conduct.
