Welcome
Officer Kyle Hance … !

On Tuesday, 2 June 2015, Chaska Community Service Officer (CSO) Kyle Hance was promoted to Officer Kyle Hance.  Chief Knight administered the CPD Oath of Office, presented Kyle with his badge – number 402 – and swore him in.  Looking on with pride were Kyle’s family, girlfriend, and CPD members.

Kyle joined the Chaska Police Department in August of 2013, as a part-time CSO.  During this time he was pursuing his academic degree and certification to obtain his Peace Officer license from the Minnesota Board of Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST.)

Kyle grew up in Chanhassen (MN), and was a member of the Carver County Sheriff’s Office Explorer Post.  He first served CPD as a volunteer camp counselor for our annual summer CPD Safety Camp for third and fourth graders.
