wife Debbie and I currently reside in the Clover Field portion of Clover Ridge,
in the middle of Ward II (northwest Chaska). We have raised two children in
Chaska, and both have attended Chaska Public Schools (Jonathan Elementary,
Clover Ridge Elementary, CMSW, and Chaska High School). We are pleased to have
called Chaska home for over 20 years.
I am proud to have been given the opportunity to represent the fine residents
of Ward II on the Chaska City Council since January of 2009. Over the years I
have also enjoyed serving on the Chaska City Planning Commission, the Carver
County Planning Commission, the Jonathan Association Board of Directors, the SW
Transit Commission, and the Minnesota Municipal Power Agency Board of
Directors. As a hobby, I enjoy biking, fishing, and reporting our Chaska
weather to the National Weather Service and local media outlets, including
WCCO-TV and Radio.
I believe that we are fortunate to live in one of the best towns in Minnesota,
a special place that manages to provide that small-town feel, along with all of
the positive amenities that a growing suburban community can hope to offer.
However, there are always things that we can do to improve our community.
Please feel free to contact me, to share any questions, thoughts, concerns, or
suggestions that you may have about our wonderful city. I can be reached by
