- Chaska.net uses the Tropos Metro-Mesh Network for it's Chaska Residential and Business Services.
- The Tropos Wi-Fi system is based on distributed intelligence. Each
Wi-Fi cell, in addition to using Wi-Fi to communicate with standard
802.11 clients, passes data wirelessly back to a Wi-Fi cell gateway,
attached to the wired network. The cells continuously monitor the
quality of the wireless links and forward traffic in the best path to
the wired gateway. In this way, the cells work together to optimize
performance across the network.

architecture, client/server.
- Chaska.net uses Pronto Networks' OSS for its Residential and Business services.
- The Pronto OSS manages the login and authentication process,
provides a self care portal and track and makes account adjustments. The
platform enables Chaska to manage the bandwidth available to business
and residential customers.
