Group Fitness Classes 

  • No need to register - drop in!
  • Classes are held on a first come, first serve basis. Once class capacity is met, class is full.
  • Studio doors will open 10 minutes prior to class start time.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions (PDF)

Group Fitness & Studio Etiquette

Please check-in. Please check-in at the front desk prior to your class. Fitness classes are included in your membership (non-member fee is daily admission—show instructor your receipt).
Appropriate gym apparel required. No boots, street shoes or sandals. Shirts must be worn at all times.
Disinfect. Please wipe down equipment before and after use.
Be patient. Please do not enter studio until the current class has finished. Studio doors open 10 minutes prior to class time.
Report damages. Please report damaged/broken equipment to instructor immediately.
Respect others personal space. Please respect the personal space of others. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis for spots.
